Creativity Types

According to some psychology research, there are eight different types of creative people:

  • The Adventurer – so much inspiration, so little time
  • The Artist – seeing beauty, creating beauty
  • The Dreamer – the power of imagination unleashed
  • The Innovator – move, shake, disrupt, repeat
  • The Maker – committed to your craft
  • The Producer – process is power
  • The Thinker – deep thoughts, big questions
  • The Visionary – imagining the impossible

When I took this test a few days ago, it determined that I am a Thinker, which seems accurate enough.

This online test only asks that you answer 15 simple questions so that it can point you towards your dominant creative type, and you can find the test here.

Once you complete it, you’ll be presented with a more detailed explanation of the traits of your creative type, which you can also download, if you want.
