As I have said in another article, certain foods can make inflammation worse, and some can make it better.

It therefore makes sense to make meals that capitalize on the anti-inflammatory foods’ qualities, while trying to reduce those foods that can exacerbate any existing inflammation.

So, to make things easy for you, I have found the following recipes for you to try, all of which can help reduce or limit inflammation.
